Recovery Coordinator
£21,268 pa  (£17,006.08 pro rata)

28 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Review of potential of full time hours in December 2018.
Fixed Term Contract until December 2019 –  contract critical, potential to review.
Based in Swindon

The post holder will be part of a team providing the following services:

  • Recovery focused Outreach service as part of Wellbeing Step-down for people who are being discharged from secondary mental health services
  • Bespoke service training delivery.  Delivering training to primary age children and adults in the work place.
  • Wellbeing coordination service, working with people to develop their own recovery focused well-being plans based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing

Wellbeing Support Worker
£19,317 pa (£13,245.94 pro rata) 

24 hours per week Wednesday to Saturday (also to cover on call duties 1 week in 3).
This is a fixed term contract, 365 service delivery, until March 2019.
Based in Gloucester

As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will be working with people with mental health needs in a 5 bedded house which offers short term respite and wellbeing support.

What the role involves:

  • Work closely with the House Lead in the general day to day running of the house
  • Supporting the guests in wellbeing planning
  • General administrative duties
  • Assess, coach and plan using the Five Ways to Wellbeing Framework
  • Refer, signpost and support guests
  • Attend events

Be Active Volunteering Vacancies

Based in Swindon

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in becoming an activity buddy for our Be Active project. An activity Buddy is a trained volunteer whose role is to:

  • Support the participant to attend as many different physical activity sessions as they wish so they can try different things until they find something that fits in with their abilities, interests and daily routine.
  • Help the participant along the way to their goal and to give that extra boost if the going gets tough.
  • Accompany the participant to access mainstream sport and leisure facilities so they can continue with their chosen form of physical activity.
